Hyuntae is the youngest of Baek Gyeol 's disciples.
Appearance[]
He is a man with glasses and long dark hair usually seen wearing a bright suit with a dark shirt and bright tie underneath.
Personality[]
Despite looking the most level headed, he is actually psychologically unstable. He cares much more for Gijoo than his own master and will therefore do anything to avenge him. He was willing to threaten a normal person to get information out of him and fought Goomonryong the moment they met each other. He also took Jeong Rae-Won 's gun and tried to kill Goomonryong with it. He was pushed and used to do that.

He along with his fellow disciples attend the Martial Arts Alliance's meeting, in which they discuss his master's death by Goomoonryong. Later he is seen talking with Gijoo about joining the Martial Arts Alliance. After Gijoo dies he becomes very unstable because he was very grateful to Gijoo, who helped pay for his school tuition. Wanting to avenge both his master and fellow disciple he challenges but ultimately loses to Goomoonryong. Desperate for revenge, he takes Jeong Rae-Won 's gun and tries to kill Goomoonryong with it. Unfortunately, most of the bullets hit Lee Shi-Ho. His actions causes an uproar in the Murim, since the use of a gun by a Murim-in is highly frowned upon.
Abilities & Techniques[]
Practitioner Martial Artist (Song Style): He seems to be around an average level Murim-im. He uses an unnamed techiques involving piercing and a range of kicks. Having been trained by Baek Gyeol . He was no match for Goomoonryong when he confronted him.
