He along side The Alliance Chief, Kang Sung, Kang Oongsan & Yu Sa-Ah. Visit Nine Dragons High School in search of the Nine Arts Dragon.[1] He later attempts to take Shi-Woon hostage, but Shi-Woon would break his arm with a Breaking Spirit Strike.
He later seen among the other members of Martial Arts Alliance, witnessing the duel between Han Chun-Woo and The Alliance Chief, on top of the Koa Business Tower.
The Breaker New Waves[]
Kang Woo-Bin is seen in conversion with Kang Sung and Kang Oongsan. He mentions the Four Supernovas have been dispatched to rural areas, so it would take some time for them to return. He mentions also that a larger problem is that everyone is making excuses after hearing the name of the Nine Arts Dragon's name and it's not too reasonable. As they won't want to mingle with the Nine Arts Dragon after last time.[2]
