Dang Woon-Ha (Dabjiryong lit. Dragon Step) is male martial artist affiliated with the Martial Arts Alliance.
Appearance
He is an average in height man compared to the male characters in the story. He has slightly long dark-coloured hair with small eyes and a long mouth. He wears a light-coloured T-shirt with another shirt inside, dark-coloured and with long sleeves that cover down half of his hands. He has short dark-coloured pants below with a chain in the right side. It seems that he wears a lot of chains around his neck and one cross (probably implying his religion).[1]
Personality
He seems to be the type of person that provokes others while he is the one to talk amongst his company, the other two seat holders, Min Yun-gi and Cha Gi-joon, as he is the one that introduced them to Chun-Woo Han when he said he doesn't remember them. He also acts smart as he didn't "fall" for Shi-Ho's words about her jacket giving of miasma saying that it was bluff.[1]
History
Past
He fought in the last Shinmujengpe with Chun-Woo Han for the seat of Dragon Step and lost.
The Breaker
While Chun-Woo and Shi-Ho Lee were fighting the Martial Arts Alliance's fighters he appeared along with Min Yun-gi and Cha Gi-joon seeking revenge for their loss in the last Martial Arts Championship (Shinmujengpe). However, they didn't manage to even fight because, thanks to Shi-Woon Yi appearing from the elevator, Chun-Woo and Shi-Ho managed to escape. When they escaped Shi-Ho threw her jacket at them which had a lining made of flammable materials that give off miasma. While throwing it the room was filled with poisonous gas.[1]

Master Martial Artist: Being a holder of one of the Nine Arts he has commendable skill in martial arts. Masters of the Martial Arts Alliance also mentioned that his appearance along with the other two Dragon Seat Holders would signal the end of Goomoonryong which is farther proof of their and his skill.

Dragon Step (Dabjiryong): Ηe knows the technique of the seat of dragon step which is one of the Nine Arts that are competed for in the Martial Arts Championship (Shinmujengpe).[1]
